Flooring warranty
Rex Flooring Pty Ltd will in the case of product failure which is found to be due to manufacturer's defect, provide warranty and accept financial recourse up to but limited to the replacement value of the product.
Moisture Protection Warranty:
Floor are specially designed to withstand the normal effects of moisture or dryness. However some minimal expansion and contraction can occasionally occur due to changing atmospheric conditions. If the flooring installation occurs prior to fitting of window covering all glassed areas surrounding the floor areas should be covered to prevent excessive exposure to sunlight and damage caused by abnormally harsh atmospheric conditions. We warranty our floors against damage caused by the normal moisture conditions (45-80% Relative humidity) provided that they are properly installed and maintained. This damaged does not apply to damage caused by flooding, or standing water from such causes as excessive wet mop, leaking appliances etc.
A Warranty certificate will issue if both Supply and Installation work carry out from Rex.
