Terms and conditions

Delivery Charge:

• You will be contacted to agree on a suitable delivery time. If no-one is present to receive the goods, re-delivery can be organised. This may incur a redelivery fee.
• Refunds are available for unopened items valid up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Goods must be sealed in resalable condition and not discontinued. 30% admin & restocking fees will apply.
• Items will usually be dispatched within 3 days. Completed delivery time frame is within 7 days in Sydney Metro and up to 14 days to other cities. You may cancel your order any time prior to dispatch, but not during or after delivery.
• If your goods are faulty then you are entitled to a refund or a replacement provided that the faulty goods are returned to us within 30 days of you receiving the goods.
• You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information or with incorrect availability status due to oversight. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. Payment will immediately be returned if you have been charged for the purchase.
